Scrabble, Monopoly, Pac-Man, and a host of other games for most adults are from a time passed. Now these games and many others have returned. This has not happened from some nostalgic feeling society was in need of reliving old memories. It is not like Johnny and Lindsey or whoever your neighborhood friends were are able to come over from down the street rather from the most unexpected place. If you can reset your mind back 20 years… a phone, or as the device is most commonly called a smart phone has brought these games from retro back to mainstream.

There are even new spinoffs of games like Words with Friends published and created by Zynga similar to Scrabble that has arisen in popularity over the past few weeks since the Alec Baldwin plane incident that brought free publicity to the app. Remember the endless hours of time and the millions of tokens playing the one and only Pac-Man the game enjoyed by so many throughout the world.
